职位描述：
 3-5 years experience in full recruitment cycle is a plus. 
• Responsible for posting JD, sourcing the right candidate matching the requirements 
• Responsible for screening candidate’s English level and technical background. 
• Responsible for interview scheduling with Managers/Interviewers and candidates 
• Strong negotiation skills 
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable dealing with people from diverse backgrounds 
• Good written & verbal communication skills in English 
• Ability to work independently and minimal supervision
